Who taught you to bake?
Taught to bake my mother, she was always in the kitchen when I was growing up.
What’s your signature bake?
Signature bake is one of my Mum’s recipe called Polish cake, basically crushed digestive Polish cake, basically crushed digestive biscuits
Savoury or sweet?
Sweet definitely
What one thing would you love to be able to bake?
Love to be able to bake pastry better, it’s a tricky thing!

Don’t think you can’t bake it, give it a go!
